Identity of the service provider

This website is operated by Doctors DBG SRL (TODO-legal: full legal name, trade register number, tax ID, registered address — to be completed by a lawyer before publication), hereinafter referred to as 'the Clinic' or 'we'.

Scope of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ('T&C') govern access to and use of the website available at doctors.dbg.ro ('the Website') and the online booking services ('the Service'). By accessing the Website you accept these T&C in full.

User account creation

Certain features (e.g. online booking, viewing appointment history) require creating an account. You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your credentials confidential. The Clinic is not liable for unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality.

Cancellation and no-show policy

TODO-legal (Sprint 4): A detailed cancellation, rescheduling and no-show fee policy will be published at the launch of the online booking module. Current guiding principles: appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling.

Payments

Dental services are payable at the clinic in cash, by bank card or bank transfer. Online payments via electronic processing platforms (Stripe, Netopia — Sprint 11) will be governed by the specific T&C of those platforms. Prices shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed at reception or following a consultation.

Limitation of liability

Medical information presented on this Website is strictly indicative and educational and does not replace specialist medical advice. The Clinic cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the Website. The Clinic does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by temporary unavailability.

Intellectual property

All Website content (texts, images, logos, graphics, design) is the property of the Clinic or is used with the rights holders' consent. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the Clinic's written consent is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

The Clinic reserves the right to amend these T&C. The updated version will be published on the Website with the effective date indicated. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new T&C.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.

Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Complaints may be addressed in writing to contact@dbg.ro or to the clinic's physical address. Alternative consumer dispute resolution is available through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
